I think it’s so weird. To grieve someone who is fully alive. But it feels like they’ve died and is completely gone from your life. They died years ago. They felt like a ghost who’s stuck in a loop, forgetting you even exist. Actually, I think they knew I existed but my emotions were never mine to feel. It was theirs that I had to take care of. Rage lived inside me for so long that I rejected every ounce of it. The anger was really just sadness. I’ve cried and cried and fucking cried for days....

I learned I wasn’t crazy. lol. I learned to never distrust my intuition or what my body felt. Everything I felt around my ex was valid. My body was reacting that way for a reason. My body knew I deserved better but my ego didn’t think that was possible. My skin has gotten clearer, I haven’t been insanely bloated,(even tho I’m not eating the healthiest lol. Back in Texas I ate super healthy and was still bloated and inflamed but it was never about the food.) I’m pretty sure I’ve lost weight...
